~ What if I need to cancel my order?
If we are able to cancel an order with a gown manufacturer, we will cancel your order. Cancellation fees and or restocking fees may apply. If the gown manufacturer will not cancel an order due to it already being put into production, a rush cut, immediate shipping of hanging stock, etc. then we cannot cancel the order and are obligated to take the gown.
Gown manufacturer's usually give us 48 hours from the time we place an order to make any revisions or cancellations. Bottom line is if they will cancel it for us then we will cancel it for you. Please make your selection carefully and be prepared to take delivery of the order you placed. We and the manufacturer's are working with hundreds of gown orders. If you need to change something or cancel please advise us within the 48 hour period. We will work with you as best we can.

~ How far in advance should I place my order?
Each manufacturer has their own delivery schedule. In general, delivery time for a gown is 12 - 16 weeks. Then remember that you will most likely want 2 - 4 weeks to make sure you do any necessary alterations. To be on the safe side ... "the sooner, the better." Please note: rush delivery is available with most of the gown manufacturers. A gown on rush order can sometimes be done in as little as 8 weeks. Rush charges are dependent on the manufacturer. ~ Do I have to pay the full amount for the dress when ordering or do I only need to leave a deposit?
We require that you leave the full amount down before we can place your order. We realize that most bridal stores only require you to leave down a 50% deposit. Here's the reasoning behind it: Bridal stores usually charge you more than 2 times what they pay for the gown. By you leaving a 50% deposit, bridal stores have covered themselves if you decide to cancel the order on them. We on the other hand,discounting the gowns by 25% - 40%, we cannot request that you only need to leave 50%. If you were to ever cancel the order on us, we would lose money. By us passing on this signifant savings to you, we have to require that you pay the full amount prior to delivery.

~ Should I order the bridemaids dresses together or just have them order their own separately?
It is strongly advised that you order the bridesmaids dresses together. Even though you are ordering the same style and color, you want the dresses to all come from the same dyecut (to avoid any slight discrepancies in color).

~ What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), personal checks, money orders, and traveler's checks.

Absolutely. In fact, this is one of the easier ways to place your order. We have implemented an easy-to-use shopping cart program to help you place your online order.

~ Is it safe and secure to submit my credit card and personal information online?
Absolutely, we do incorporate SSL (Secured Socket Layer) Technology. This encrypts your information and prevents others from being able to see your information.

~ Will I receive a receipt after placing my order?
Certainly, after filling out your online order, you will receive a detailed invoice receipt that you may either save or print out for your own records. You will also automatically receive an email confirmation with your order details.

~ Can I track my order throughout the process?
Yes. You can give us a call or email us at anytime for an update and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Our web master is currently developing a tracking program which will easily allow you to track your order from start to finish. The tracking software should be implemented in 2005.

~ What about shipping charges and sales tax?
After you place your items in your online shopping cart, you will be able to view your shipping cost for the delivery method that you chose. If you are a Pennsylvania resident, please add 6% sales tax to your order.
