~ How long will it take to receive my shipment?
You will be given an "outside delivery date" after placing your
order. This "outside delivery date" is the absolute latest that you will
receive your gown. We are sure to have your gown to you well
before your wedding. In most cases, you will even receive your
gown before our "outside delivery date." You will always keep you
"in the loop" so you know the exact status of your gown.

~ Are shipping charges included in the price?
No ... shipping costs are added to your order at time of checkout.

~ Can I have my bridesmaid dresses sent to multiple
addresses instead of just one shipping address?
For greatest savings, it is recommended that you have all the
bridesmaid dresses shipped to the same address. If you would
prefer to have the dresses shipped to separate addresses, there will
be an additional $15 handling charge for each other address.

~ Should I have orders shipped to my home address or work
address?
Someone will need to sign for your package so please plan
accordingly.

~ Can I change my shipping address after an order has been
placed?
Certainly, just contact via email or phone and tell us where you
would like to receive the shipment.

~ What methods of shipping do you have available?
We ship out all our gowns and dresses by UPS Ground. 3-Day
Select, 2-Day Air, 1-Day Air, and 1-Day Air Saver are also
available. If you need a rush delivery, please call us to confirm at
888.901.9777 or drop us an email.

~ Can an order be delivered to a P.O. Box?
Yes, for all shipments to a P.O. Box we will use the United States
Postal Service's Priority Mail Delivery Confirmation.

~ How much are rush charges (if preferred)?
If you need a rush delivery, several shipping methods are available.
Please give us a call or send an email for a price quote.

~ Additional shipping charges for Hawaii and Alaska?
For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we use UPS 2-Day Air
Delivery. A $10 surcharge per item will be added to your order.

~ Additional shipping charges for other countries and
territories?
These rates will vary. You will need to contact us for a delivery
price quote.
